Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders ship from our shop in Huntsville.
Free domestic shipping
Free domestic shipping applies to eligible physical orders shipped within the United States. Shipping details for your order appear at checkout.
How long orders take
- Stocked parts (including catalog items such as 991 Turbo downpipes): typically ship in 1–2 business days.
- Built-to-order / configurable parts (Z-pipes, merge collectors, log manifolds, and similar builder parts): typically 1–3 weeks.
- Custom manufacturing batches: typically 2–6 weeks.
These are typical ranges. We will share tracking when your order ships.
Digital downloads
The TP U-Bend Locator (and similar free fabrication files we offer) is delivered electronically after you complete the download request. No physical shipping applies.
Design and manufacturing projects
Design, 3D scanning, and custom manufacturing projects are scheduled with you after the project is scoped. Shipping or handoff for finished work, when applicable, is confirmed on the quote.
Shipping damage
If a shipment arrives damaged, see our Refund policy: report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the part and packaging, keep the packaging, and email office@tomlinperformance.com. We handle the carrier claim and arrange a replacement or repair.
