Agreement
By accessing tomlinperformance.com or purchasing from Tomlin Performance, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.
Our business
Tomlin Performance sells automotive and fabrication products and services from our shop in Huntsville, including:
- Configurable, made-to-order parts (such as custom Z-pipes, merge collectors, and log manifolds)
- Stocked catalog parts (such as 991 Turbo downpipes)
- Plastic 3D-printed test-fit pieces
- Free downloadable fabrication aids (such as the TP U-Bend Locator)
- Design and 3D scanning services
- Custom manufacturing projects scoped by quote
Orders and pricing
Prices and options shown in our builders and product pages are for the configurations listed. Orders are subject to acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order if there is an error, a compliance issue, or we cannot fulfill it, in which case we will refund amounts you paid for that cancelled order.
Made-to-order and non-refundable builder parts
Configurable and custom-built parts are made to the specifications you select. Those parts are non-refundable. Plastic test-fits are final sale. See our Refund policy. We recommend ordering a plastic test-fit before ordering metal so you can confirm fitment.
Intended use — off-road / racing
Many of our parts are intended for off-road or racing use. They may not be street legal or emissions compliant in your area. You are responsible for checking local laws and for having parts installed by someone competent to do the work. Confirm fitment (including with a test-fit when available) before you rely on a finished metal part.
Design and scanning services
Quoting is free. For scanning and design projects, a portion of the quote is paid up front to begin scanning and CAD work, with progress updates along the way, and final payment when the designs are done. If you cancel after that up-front payment and work has begun, that payment is kept. Other project payment terms, when different, are stated on the quote.
Digital downloads
Free downloads such as the TP U-Bend Locator are provided for your use as described on the download page. We may limit access, revoke abusive use, or change availability.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Eligible domestic orders receive free shipping as described in our Shipping policy and at checkout. For damage in transit or a wrong item, see our Refund policy.
Project and part photos
Tomlin Performance may show photos of customer projects and parts for marketing. We exclude customer personal information from that marketing. To opt out, email office@tomlinperformance.com.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, product media, and our design tools are owned by Tomlin Performance or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission. Customer-provided files and scans remain subject to the project agreement or quote for that job.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tomlin Performance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, products, downloads, or services. Our total liability for a claim related to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for that product or service.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy policy.
